HRS §454F-19

Mortgage loan originators must show their ID on all forms and ads

Anyone who originates a residential mortgage loan, unless exempt from this law, must clearly display their unique identifier on all loan application forms, ads, business cards, websites, and other documents the commissioner requires. This rule makes it easy for borrowers to know who they are dealing with.
