HRS §455-1.5

Who is exempt from the naturopathic medicine rules

This section lists people who can practice naturopathic medicine without breaking the rules in this chapter. It covers licensed professionals, federal employees, students, and out-of-state doctors in certain situations. The main point is that these specific people are allowed to practice under the conditions described.
