HRS §457-13
Exceptions to the Nursing License Requirement
This section lists situations where you do not need a Hawaii nursing license. It covers emergencies, nursing students, federal nurses, prayer-based care, school health assistants, and short out-of-state visits. It does not create new duties; it only says these activities are not prohibited.
