HRS §46-105
How tax money from a tax increment district is split
This section tells counties how to divide property tax money once a tax increment district starts. It sets the order for paying bond or project costs, sending some money to the county's general fund, and putting the rest into the district's fund. It also says the county can still levy taxes for general obligation bonds.
