Board can delegate duties to a podiatrist committee

The board may assign most of its duties to a committee of at least three licensed podiatrists it appoints, except for certain hearings and rule-making. The board must approve whatever the committee does.

Except for proceedings under section 463E-6 and the adoption of rules under section 463E-12, the board may delegate its duties under this chapter to a committee of not less than three podiatrists licensed under this chapter appointed by the board; provided that the board shall ratify any action taken by the committee.
