Recognizing real estate licenses from other states

This section lets the real estate commission make agreements with other states or certain jurisdictions that have similar licensing laws. If such an agreement exists, a license from that place may be recognized here. The commission decides what counts as equivalent.

The commission may enter into a license recognition agreement with another state, or a jurisdiction recognized by the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials, with an equivalent real estate licensing law as determined by the commission.
