Sharing charity information with other states

This section lets the attorney general make agreements with other states to share information about charities and people who raise money for them. It only sets up the ability to share information; it does not create other rules.

The attorney general may enter into a reciprocal agreement with the appropriate authority of another state for the purpose of exchanging information with respect to charitable organizations, professional fundraising counsel, professional solicitors, and commercial co-venturers.
