Courts can stop violations of this law

If someone breaks this law, a court can order them to stop or fix the problem. The attorney general or any private person can bring a lawsuit to get this court order.

The statute, as written — Injunctions

Any person who violates this chapter may be enjoined by the circuit court by a mandatory injunction or temporary restraining order necessary or proper to effectuate the purposes of this chapter in a suit brought by the attorney general in the name of the State or by any private person in the person's own name.
