HRS §490:2-307
When goods must be delivered all at once
Unless the contract says otherwise, the seller must deliver all the goods in one delivery, and the buyer only has to pay when that full delivery is made. If the contract allows delivery in separate lots, the buyer may have to pay for each lot as it is delivered, if the price can be split.
