HRS §490:2-308
Where goods must be delivered if no place is agreed
This section says where goods must be delivered when the contract does not state a place. Usually, delivery happens at the seller's business or home. If both parties know the goods are somewhere else, delivery happens there. Documents of title can be sent through normal banking channels.
