Attorney's name on writ and notice of change

When a court attaches property, the plaintiff's lawyer's name and address must be written on the writ. The lawyer stays the plaintiff's lawyer until the plaintiff files written notice that the lawyer is no longer representing them.

The name and address of the plaintiff's attorney shall in all cases be indorsed upon the writ, where an attachment is made. The attorney is deemed to be the attorney of the plaintiff until written notice that the attorney has ceased to be such is filed for registration by the plaintiff.
