Filing plans and title documents with your land application
When you apply to register land, you must file a map of the land, all original title documents you have that are listed, and a complete title abstract on court forms. You may withdraw original documents that affect other land if you file certified copies. If your application is dismissed or discontinued, you can withdraw originals only with court approval.
