Land registration certificate is proof in court

This section says that the original land registration certificate, or an official copy signed by the registrar and sealed by the court, is accepted as evidence in all Hawaii courts. It is treated as final proof of everything written on it, unless the law says otherwise.

The statute, as written — Certificate as evidence

The original certificate in the registration book, and any copy thereof duly certified under the signature of the registrar or assistant registrar, and the seal of the court, shall be received as evidence in all the courts of the State and shall be conclusive as to all matters contained therein, except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
