HRS §508D-8
What sellers can leave out of the disclosure statement
This section says that a seller does not have to tell a buyer that someone with AIDS or HIV lived in the home, or that the home was the site of an event that did not damage the building or its surroundings. This information is not considered a material fact for the disclosure statement.
