Developer can ask for a hearing about their public report

If the commission does not set an effective date for a developer's public report within a reasonable time after the developer meets registration requirements, or if the developer is seriously hurt by the report's form or content, the developer can ask in writing for a hearing. The commission must give a hearing within a reasonable time after getting the request.

If an effective date for a developer's public report is not issued within a reasonable time after compliance with registration requirements, or if the developer is materially grieved by the form or content of the developer's public report, the developer, in writing, may request and shall be given a hearing by the commission within a reasonable time after receipt of the request.
