Time share administrator appointment and duties

The state director picks a time share administrator to run this law. This person does not have to follow the regular state hiring rules. The administrator handles the duties the director has under this chapter.

The statute, as written — Time share administrator; duties

The director shall appoint a time share administrator, who shall not be subject to chapter 76, to administer this chapter. The administrator shall be responsible for the performance of the duties conferred upon the director by this chapter.
