HRS §554G-11

How multiple transfers in one trust are treated

This section explains what happens when a trust makes more than one permitted transfer. It says that later transfers are ignored when deciding if a creditor's claim against an earlier transfer is wiped out. Also, any money or property given to a beneficiary is considered to come from the most recent transfer.
