HRS §560:4-301
When a foreign estate representative comes under Hawaii court authority
This section says when a person who is handling an estate in another state (a foreign personal representative) automatically comes under Hawaii court authority. It happens if they file their appointment papers here, collect money or property here, or act as a representative here.
