HRS §576B-208
Enforcing multiple child support orders from different states
When a Hawaii court handles requests to enforce two or more child support orders that are active at the same time for the same parent but different children, and at least one order comes from another state or country, the court must treat all orders as if they were Hawaii orders. This means the court applies the same enforcement rules to all of them.

The statute, as written — Child support orders for two or more obligees
