HRS §576B-603

When a support order from another state becomes enforceable here

A support order from another state or country is registered when it is filed in Hawaii's family court. Once registered, it is enforced like a Hawaii order. Hawaii courts must enforce it but cannot change it, as long as the issuing court had authority.
