HRS §576B-801
When the governor can send or get someone for not paying support
This section says the governor can ask another state to send back a person charged with a crime for failing to support someone, and can also send such a person to another state that asks. It also says regular extradition rules still apply, even if the person was not in the state when the crime happened.
