HRS §584A-906

Court authority over surrogacy agreements

This section gives a Hawaii court exclusive authority over all issues from a surrogacy agreement, starting when the agreement is signed and ending 90 days after the child's birth. But it does not let the court handle child custody or support unless another Hawaii law already allows it.
