Penalty for a witness who refuses to testify after immunity
If a witness is given immunity but still refuses to testify or provide information, the court can punish them for contempt. Even if punished for contempt, the witness can still be charged and convicted of the original offense.

Any witness granted immunity hereunder who fails or refuses to testify or produce other information may be punished by the court for contempt, provided that the witness may be charged with and convicted of the other offense notwithstanding the fact that the witness has been punished by the court for contempt.
