Getting more court orders after a declaratory judgment

After a court declares your rights, you can ask for more help to enforce or clarify that decision. The court can grant this if it is needed and proper, but only after giving the other side reasonable notice and a hearing.

The statute, as written — Further relief upon judgment

Further relief based on a declaratory judgment may be granted whenever necessary or proper, after reasonable notice and hearing, against any adverse party whose rights have been adjudicated by the judgment.
