HRS §651-9
How a police officer carries out an attachment order
This section tells the police officer what to do with an attachment order. It says the officer must act right away. For land, the officer records a copy of the order. For movable items, the officer takes them. For stocks or securities, the officer follows the same rules as for collecting a judgment.
