HRS §653-5
What a creditor must include in a lawsuit complaint
This section tells a creditor who is suing someone who gets government pay what information to put in the complaint. The creditor must state the debtor's job and workplace, how much they earn, and who pays them. This helps the court know where to send a garnishment.
