HRS §654-7

Court decides who gets the property and any damages

This section tells the court what to decide in a property possession case. The court names who has the right to the property and, if that person doesn't have it, how much that right is worth. The court can also award money for damages caused by holding the property, and any money judgment also applies to the bond sureties.
