Time limits for claims about deregistered land

This section says that the time limit for certain legal claims about deregistered land cannot start before the land is deregistered. It also says that the terms 'date and time of deregistration' and 'deregistered land' have the same meaning as in another law.

The statute, as written — Deregistered land

In no event shall the period of limitations provided in this part begin prior to the date and time of deregistration for deregistered land. The terms "date and time of deregistration" and "deregistered land" as used in this section shall have the same meaning as in section 501-20.
