Child support judgments stay enforceable until fully paid

This section says that any court order for child support, including money owed from the past, can be enforced until the entire amount is paid. There is no time limit that stops enforcement.

Notwithstanding section 657-5 and any other law to the contrary, every judgment for child support, including a judgment for reimbursement or other arrears, shall be enforceable until paid in full.
