HRS §657D-27

Dependents of service members can get the same legal protections

This section lets dependents of a person in military service ask a court for the same legal protections that the service member has under this part. The court will grant them if it decides the military service has materially hurt their ability to meet their obligations, contracts, leases, or bailments.
