HRS §657D-51

Court can stop transfers meant to delay debt collection

This section lets a court, in a civil rights enforcement case, issue a judgment or order to stop a transfer of property or contract made since July 1, 1994, if the transfer was done to delay enforcement by using this chapter. It only applies when the court is convinced the transfer was for that purpose.
