Courts can decide fence disputes without a jury

This section gives the circuit courts the power to hear and decide all fence-related disputes in their area without a jury. It applies to disagreements about building or keeping fences as required by this part of the law.

The statute, as written — Jurisdiction

The circuit courts shall have jurisdiction within their respective circuits to hear and determine without the intervention of a jury all controversies respecting the fencing of land and the maintenance of fences in accordance with this part.
