HRS §664-25
Appealing a court decision in this case
If you are unhappy with the court's final decision in this case, you can appeal it to a higher court. You must follow the same rules and deadlines that apply to other civil appeals from circuit courts. This section only covers the right to appeal, not the appeal process itself.
The statute, as written — Appeal
Any party aggrieved by the decree of the court may appeal therefrom to the intermediate appellate court, subject to chapter 602, in the manner and within the time provided for civil appeals from the circuit courts.
