Jury trial when legal ownership is disputed

In a case filed under this chapter, if the legal ownership of property is in dispute, either side has the right to have a jury decide that issue. This section only sets the trial method; it does not change any other rules.

Whenever in an action brought under this chapter the legal title is in controversy, the issue shall be triable of right by a jury.
