HRS §712-1273

Fast court hearing for nuisance lawsuits

This section says that when someone sues about a nuisance, the court must hear that case before most other cases. Only criminal cases, election contests, and injunction hearings go first. In the lawsuit, the court can consider evidence about the building's reputation and any threats or use of violence.
