Fees and fines become a lien on the business property
If a court orders an owner to pay attorneys' fees, costs, expenses, or fines in a case under this part, those amounts become a lien on the owner's business, premises, or place. The lien covers only the owner's interest in that property and can be enforced by court-ordered execution.
