HRS §804-7.3
What happens if you break release conditions
If a judge finds you intentionally broke the rules of your release, they can change the rules or take away your release after a hearing. This applies to bail, recognizance, or supervised release.
The statute, as written — Sanctions for violation of conditions of release on bail, recognizance, or supervised release
After hearing, and upon finding that the defendant has intentionally violated reasonable conditions imposed on release on bail, recognizance, or supervised release, the court may impose different or additional conditions upon defendant's release or revoke defendant's release on bail, recognizance, or supervised release.
