Notice required before board hearings

Before the board holds a hearing, it must send written notice to all parties at least fifteen days ahead. The notice can be sent by regular mail or electronically through a company the board chooses. This rule applies even if other laws say otherwise.

Notwithstanding section 91-9.5, in any hearing conducted by the board, all parties shall be given written notice of the hearing by first class mail or by electronic service through a company designated by the board at least fifteen days before the scheduled date of the hearing.
