Comptroller's rule-making authority and penalties

The comptroller can make rules needed to carry out this chapter, following the state's rule-making process. If someone breaks those rules, they face the penalties listed in another section of the law.

The comptroller shall adopt rules pursuant to chapter 91 as necessary, for the purposes of this chapter. Any violation of the rules shall be subject to the penalties prescribed in section 103-9.
