HRS §103D-325
Bond forms and getting certified copies
The policy board decides what bond forms are needed for public projects. Anyone can ask the State for a certified copy of a bond by paying the copying and mailing costs. A certified copy is accepted as proof of what the original bond says and that it was signed and delivered.
