State procurement office can share its powers

The state procurement office leader may give some of their powers or duties to the heads of purchasing agencies, as long as they follow the rules in this chapter. This section only allows that delegation.

Subject to rules adopted pursuant to this chapter, the administrator may delegate any authority or responsibility conferred by this chapter to a head or the heads of purchasing agencies.
