Rules for setting and enforcing wages

The director can make rules to figure out the usual wages and to enforce and run this law. These rules must be reasonable and follow the state's rule-making process. Once made, the rules have the same power as a law.

Subject to chapter 91, the director shall adopt reasonable rules for determining the prevailing wages, enforcement, administration, and general purposes of this chapter. These rules shall have the force and effect of law.
