Who counts as a main offender

This section says that anyone who commits a crime under this chapter, helps someone else commit it, or causes another person to do something that would be a crime if done directly, is treated as a main offender. It does not set any specific penalties.

Any person punishable under this chapter who: (1) Commits an offense punishable by this chapter, or aids, abets, counsels, commands, or procures its commission; or (2) Causes an act to be done that, if directly performed by that person, would be punishable by this chapter, is a principal.
