When court delays are allowed in military cases

A military judge or a summary court-martial can delay a case for a good reason. They can do this as many times and for as long as seems fair to both sides.

The military judge or a summary court-martial may for reasonable cause grant a continuance to any party for such time and as often as appears to be just.
