The statute, as written — Rights of the victim of an offense under this chapter
A victim of an offense under this chapter shall retain all rights conferred under chapter 801D. Nothing in this chapter shall limit the rights of a victim of sexual assault that qualifies for representation by a special victims' counsel under title 10 United States Code section 1044e, as it applies to the National Guard.
