Getting court help to enforce fire orders

This section lets the county fire chief or the state fire marshal ask a court to help enforce their orders or actions. It is a short rule that gives them a way to get legal backing.

The statute, as written — Court aid

Each county fire chief or the state fire marshal may invoke the aid of any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce any order or action made or taken by the fire chief or state fire marshal in pursuance of law.
