HRS §132-45
Uniforms and emergency equipment for the fire office
This section says the fire office must give its employees uniforms, vehicles, and emergency gear needed for their jobs. The state fire marshal sets the uniform design and can share resources with other government agencies. It is a short, administrative rule.
