HRS §134-26
Carrying a loaded gun on a public road
This law makes it illegal to carry a loaded gun on your body, in your possession, or in a vehicle while on a public highway. There is an exception if you have a valid license for a pistol or revolver. Breaking this law is a serious crime, and the vehicle used can be taken by the state.
