Branding cattle that have tuberculosis

This section says that any cow found to have tuberculosis, either by a physical check or a tuberculin test, must be marked with the letter T on its left cheek. The brand must be the registered T brand.

The statute, as written — Branding of tuberculous cattle

All cattle found to be tuberculous either upon physical examination or by means of the tuberculin test shall be branded upon the left cheek with the registered brand "T".
