When your brand registration expires and how to renew it

This section says that every brand registration expires on December 31, 1960, and then every five years after that. To keep it valid, you must renew it during the 120 days before the expiration date. If you don't renew in time, the registration expires.

Each brand registered under section 142-41 shall expire on December 31, 1960, and at each five year interval thereafter unless reregistered during the one hundred twenty days preceding date of expiration.
